0:01 Hey, I'm Jed, founder of Hydrant, and I want to give you a quick intro into what is our ClickUp punch card.
0:07 First, what is ClickUp? They call it the everything app for work. It's an incredible project management solution for tasks, portfolios, Gantt charts.
0:19 I started learning project management almost 15 years ago, and we did everything on Microsoft Project. We used Primavera P6 and we used other software tools that have been largely replaced by more modern solutions like ClickUp.
0:34 It's an incredible tool. It's not very expensive in my opinion, especially considering what you get for it. This business, uh, pricing really gets you everything you could possibly imagine, consolidates a ton of other tools.
0:48 It's an innovative company. They're constantly rolling out new solutions or improving features. Um, and we love it. So first of all, what is a punch card?
0:59 Our goal with the punch card for Clarity is ClickUp is basically providing a preset amount of hours that you can check off as you use them.

1:56 So for every single user that you pay for, I believe you get seven additional. That's really cool. Um, workload management, timelines, mind maps, documents. If you use a tool like Notion or something like that, you can actually do a lot of that in here.
2:11 Um, it's really an incredible tool. Um, time tracking is another popular, popular one. And then for leaders and managers, which is a lot of like our customer base, you also can see a pulse of who's working on what, who's more active in ClickUp, who's tracking things in ClickUp, all of that kind of good

4:00 So that's also there. How does it work? Like I said before, we do an initial consult. We then kind of start using our hours and then we really think iteration is the key to, uh, getting ClickUp to work the best.
4:12 Um, usually once a team kind of gets settled in with the workflow, then there's some, some improvements and we can do that too.
4:19 So forms creation, templates, uh, workspace hierarchy, this is a big one, just helping you kind of get set up initially.
4:25 Automations are an incredible tool. Click up if you want to use those and I think the goal of all of this is, you know, we've worked with so many different kinds of businesses, different industries, we've done all kinds of customized solutions, um, customers love us.
